Death Toll

This Scenario kind of disappointed me, I like "No Mercy" a lot more, probably because it was in an urban environment. And because of being in small wooded areas for awhile, Zombies could strike from anywhere, so you have to be on your guard for a little more time in this campaign. But overall, still a great Scenario!

1: The Turnpike

This level was hard to adjust to, because going from a city to a forest was not pleasant. I tried to run through this as fast as possible (I have no idea why, probably because it was the first part of the campaign, and the beginning is never fun...). I gotta say the only obstruction in my run was the Smoker that took me down, that's when I learned a valuable lesson, and yes it took this long, never split too far from the group.

2: The Drains

Not much to say for this level, I hated the fact that I spent almost if not all of my time in a dark sewer, I guess that's why it's called "The Drains"...But the tank was pretty exciting! I didn't expect to see it where it came.

3: The Church

There's not much to say at the beginning part, but towards the end during the Horde, it's not too hard. The church makes it so it's basically a "one front" battle, the Horde attacks from the front of the church and will only get to the sides if you allow them to flank you. Also if you haven't start using the gas and propane tanks, those help a lot, if they don't kill Zombies it sure will weaken them.

4: The Town

This level took me a few tries to complete, but wasn't too bad of a level at all. A unique part that I went through in this level was a Witch encounter, the Witch attacked me, but I guess I hurt it enough it decided to run away. The Horde was pretty hard here, and the mini gun wasn't in a convenient place much. The Zombies were able to get to a blind spot quickly and just over the mound where the Zombies would attack from, a Smoker could hide and take you without notice. And not too far from the Horde attack, is the Safe House.

5: Boathouse Finale

So much better than "No Mercy's" finale (maybe because I beat this one...)! Easy in the beginning, just make it to the cabin. When the Horde attacks they come from both front left and front right of the mini gun on the balcony. You are supplied with numerous Molotovs, and Pipe Bombs, use all but one Pipe Bomb for the end if you wish. My spot of choice in this mission, had to be right next to the mini gun, just because I had a great view from there. When the boat appears, it will be in a distance from the back of the cabin, use a Pipe Bomb to distract the Zombies, then make a dash for the boat.

No Mercy

I realized this game is pretty difficult to have a strategic walkthrough, so the videos can show you where to go instead of telling you what to do and how to fight the zombies. I can't really explain much about the Tanks in some levels, or the Witches because everything in the level every time you play is random.

1: The Apartments

This was a really easy level, probably because it was in the demo, which i played like a million times. Check out the youtube link to see a quick run through the first level!

2: The Subway

Once again, another level that was in the demo. I sped through this one quick, but died on my first run! The reason I died was because I was expecting the level to end right after I had to fight the horde because that's where the demo ended, but, oh well! It was great to see a bit of an extension!

3: The Sewer

This level was kind of confusing, being in a sewer system and all. So far this has been the longest level I've played in the game on top of that, but pretty much I followed my own path and got to my destination the hospital.

4: The Hospital

This was a unique level, it was all indoors so it was a lot easier to navigate on where to go. The only challenge I found was pretty big; I was unfortunate to not find any bullets towards the end and at the same time no health, this was a difficult situation for me, but a great video for you!

5: Rooftop Finale

A very short level in the beginning, but drags on during the final horde attacks. This battle gets annoying as you progress, so just stay on the top of the building with the radio to ward off the zombies, but when the Tanks come out, then you might have to run off and avoid getting smacked off the building by them, and when the helicopter arrives in the end, JUST MAKE IT!!! That's all I ask you to do, because I sadly did not...

Quick Hello

Ok guys, not a lot time here....anyways, this blog will be a little slow just because this blog will be mainly about the game itself, and not the pre-release news. Anyways, a demo for L4D is expected for the 360 and PC and will contain the first part of one of the 4 I believe they call them campaigns in this game.

Hope to have you as a subscriber!!!!
